CUSTOMIZED DESIGN
Maxipress has been involved in the design and subsequent manufacture of mechanical presses of various kinds for years, up to a weight of 1,200 tonnes.
The design is managed according to the Customer’s requirements. Each press is made to measure so that it can respond to every precise need.
The entire manufacturing process always takes place in close collaboration and with the exchange of information between the Maxipress technical department and the Customer.
Maxipress experts use special software and advanced 2D and 3D programmes to develop the project.
DESIGN OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF MECHANICAL PRESSES
Many years of experience in the design, but above all in the maintenance of all types of presses, has enabled Maxipress to design and manufacture high-quality machines.
Mechanical presses are used for all kinds of moulding and punching operations and there are different models. Maxipress specializes in the production of certain models in particular, such as swan-neck presses, double-column presses and slow-running presses.
Once the design has been completed, we move on to the actual construction of the mechanical press. This process varies in length depending on the model.

RAW MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY
The construction of a mechanical press is a complex process and it is therefore essential that those who deal with it have all the necessary skills; for this reason, the Maxipress staff is made up of specialized and qualified personnel who are above all constantly updated.
The press components, which are machined from blanks or electro-welded, are mainly machined in Maxipress.
Once all the components are ready, the machine is assembled and finally tested.
